The Chastain is a grand architectural statement designed as a modern European Stone Manor. The exterior features a beautiful natural stone facade, soaring steep-pitched gables, standing-seam metal accents, and massive steel-framed windows. The home is organized around a central courtyard and swimming pool, offering an unparalleled resort-level lifestyle.

The main floor features a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining room, and keeping room with views of the courtyard. The center of the home holds a double-height family room and a grand entry foyer. The left wing contains a private home office, guest powder room, and a massive primary owner's suite featuring a large master bath, dual closets, and an exercise room and porch.
